Hi, my name is Kayla! I work as a Registered Veterinary Technician here at East Coweta Veterinary Hospital. I started working in the veterinary field as a kennel assistant in 2013, and graduated from Southern Regional Technical College in 2016 with a degree in Veterinary Technology. We always had pets growing up, and I always considered them to be my best friends, so I wanted to help them in any way I could when I grew up. I always knew I would end up working with animals. I love giving each patient lots of love and making them feel better and helping their parents make the best decisions for their pet’s health. I have only been here at East Coweta for a short time, but I love the friendly environment and high standard of care that the doctors and staff provide. At home, I have three very spoiled Shih Tzus named Gracie, Coco, and Angel. My hobbies include playing video games, aviation, and reading.

My name is Amanda Goodwin, and I am a Vet Tech here at ECVH. I’ve lived in Newnan my whole life, and have wanted to work with animals since I was a little kid. I started working at East Coweta Vet as a kennel assistant and worked at barns caring for horses, a doggy daycare and boarding facility prior to that. I have two mixed-breed dogs, and my favorite thing to do in my spare time is train with them! I love dog sports and we’re working on getting titles through the AKC and other organizations. I love working with animals, and I’m so excited to help provide them with the best care possible!

My name is Erin Dixon. I graduated from Newnan High School. Although I have been with East Coweta Veterinary Hospital for just a short time, I have loved animals all my life. I have a three-year-old American Akita, a Syrian hamster named Jax, and our newest edition, Chi, a three-month-old Chihuahua. I am currently a receptionist here, as I love people just as much as their fur babies. I enjoy singing in the choir, swimming, and spending quality time with my family.
